Wagner Duarte, a passionate Brazilian composer, cellist, and dedicated music educator, is the founder of Duarte Creative Studio, where he shares his love of music with students of all ages and skill levels. Drawing on the vibrant rhythms and dances of Brazil’s Northeast, Wagner brings a unique perspective to both composition and teaching.

Known for his distinctive blend of Mangue Beat, Armorial, and other rhythmic inflections, Wagner seamlessly weaves traditional Brazilian music with contemporary influences, creating compositions that resonate with authenticity and cultural richness.

As a devoted educator, Wagner believes in a holistic approach to music instruction, integrating the Dalcroze Eurhythmics method to help students develop technical skills while experiencing music through movement, rhythm, and expression.
